Is everyone who calls to Allah without knowledge considered an innovator?

No one is permitted to undertake the call to Allah without knowledge of what they are calling to. Speaking about Allah without knowledge is from the work of Satan and among the things Allah has forbidden. For this reason, Allah commanded His Prophet (peace be upon him) to call to Allah with clear insight. So, whoever speaks on matters of religion without knowledge and seeks to draw closer to Allah thereby, has introduced an innovation. Whoever learns a religious matter is required to convey it, even if it is simple, for everyone calls according to what they possess.
