Will someone who has committed a grave sin, then repented sincerely, be afflicted with punishment in this world or the hereafter, and will they enter the Fire?

We praise Allah for their repentance, for obscenity is a cause for Allah's punishment, and sincere repentance, remorse, and determination not to return to sin transform evil deeds into good deeds. Despair of Allah's mercy is not permissible, for Satan may enter through this door, and Allah forgives all sins for those who repent, and He transforms their evil deeds into good deeds for those who are sincere in their repentance, even if they had committed shirk (associating partners with Allah), murder, and zina (unlawful sexual intercourse). There is no need to fear procreation; rather, ask Allah for righteous offspring and multiply good deeds.
