What is the ruling on using phrases such as: "Our hopes, travel to the sky like clouds and rain down on us," "O paths of success, embrace my footsteps, and O تسهيل of the Generous, be my destiny," "O tightness in my chest, please, unbutton the weariness and have mercy on me," "O earth, preserve what is on you," and "O Jeddah, preserve the most precious one who has trodden your land"?

These phrases are impermissible. Supplicating to wishes, the earth, or hardship is considered supplicating to other than Allah, which is forbidden and an act of Shirk (definition) (polytheism). Similarly, it is impermissible to supplicate to what has been attributed to Allah, such as His تسهيل (making things easy) or other attributes, even if it is textually proven to be among Allah's attributes. This is because supplicating to Allah is done through His Names, Attributes, and Words. As for supplicating to His Attributes and Words, it is considered disbelief (kufr) by the consensus of Muslims.
