Is a wife who cuts ties with her mother due to her mother's ill-treatment of her husband considered disobedient to her parents, and does Allah become angry with her?

The issue is easy, and its remedy lies in being dutiful to the mother and communicating with her as much as possible, and convincing the husband of the importance of his wife's obedience to her mother without affecting her obedience to her husband. Every avenue for Satan that spoils the relationship between the mother and the husband must be blocked, such as limiting communication and visits to only between the wife and her mother. The husband does not have the right to demand cutting ties with and abandoning the mother, as there is no obedience in sin.
