Is a son afflicted with a terminal illness considered a martyr of the stomach if his excretion is in an external bag? And if he dies in Ramadan, is that considered a good ending? Is there a specific supplication for the mother so that her deceased son and father may be pleased with her? What about his healing with Zamzam water? And are there other deeds that the mother and children can do to help the son in his illness?
Disobedience to parents is one of the gravest sins. The brother must repent of it by ceasing the action, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it. He should seek his mother's forgiveness if she has not pardoned him. If she has pardoned him, then he must complete his repentance between himself and his Lord. There is no specific supplication for a mother's forgiveness. As for disobedience to a deceased father, repentance is achieved through remorse, seeking forgiveness, supplicating for him, giving charity on his behalf, maintaining ties with his relatives, and honoring his friends. It is permissible to seek healing with Zamzam water, with the belief that Allah is the Healer. If a man dies from an internal disease, he is considered "mabṭūn," and there are narrations stating his salvation from the torment of the grave. There is no special virtue for dying in Ramadan. Among the most beneficial things to support the brother in his illness is to supplicate for him, especially the mother's supplication for her child, which is answered.
