The religion of Abraham (peace be upon him) is monotheism and Islam. The prophets agreed on the fundamentals of faith and creed, differing only in the branches of religious law.

As for the birthplace of Abraham (peace be upon him), the correct view is that he was born in Kutha, in the land of Iraq, in the region of Babylon.
