What is the ruling of Islamic law on a marriage contract written by a young man and woman between themselves, in which it states that their guardian is Allah Almighty and their witnesses are the angels, done out of fear of falling into fornication, and with the refusal of both families?
An emotional relationship between a man and a non- woman is impermissible, because it is a gateway to evils and a temptation from Satan. It must be severed, and one must repent. The conditions for a valid marriage are: the permission of the guardian (wali) and the presence of witnesses. The guardians are the father, then those who follow him in precedence. The witnesses must be two legally competent, Muslim, upright men. Your consideration of the Lord of the Worlds as a guardian and the angels as witnesses is null and void, and this marriage is invalid. If it is possible to convince her family, then do so. Otherwise, leave her and seek someone else, for women are many. The fact that a woman is divorced does not prevent marrying her, and a good intention does not legitimize a bad deed.
