What is the ruling on performing a permissible act with the intention of doing something unlawful, such as drinking juice from a glass for enjoyment and pretending it is wine?

It is forbidden to drink something permissible in the manner of a wine drinker, and the doer is subject to disciplinary punishment. Likewise, it is forbidden for a person to drink something permissible while imagining it to be wine, due to the consideration of intention. Some scholars have gone further to forbid a man from having intercourse with his wife while imagining her to be a foreign woman. Similarly, it is forbidden to imitate wine drinkers in gatherings, utensils, and words, even if the drink is permissible.
