Is it permissible to benefit from money acquired through bribery if the father gives it to his son to marry and start his life, or must it be abandoned?

If your father has a lawful source of income alongside the bribery, then his money is mixed ( mukhtalat ), and it is permissible to accept his gift unless you know with certainty that the money given to you is precisely from the bribery funds. Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah holds the view that it is obligatory to avoid usurped money or money taken unlawfully if its source is known. If the money given is from bribery and its owner is known, it must be returned to him. If the owner is unknown, it must be given in charity and spent on the welfare of Muslims. This ruling also applies to an inheritance mixed with unlawful ( haram ) wealth.
