Is it permissible to benefit from a father's money acquired through bribery? Is earning from it considered lawful (halal) or unlawful (haram)? Is it valid to own a commercial shop that he bought with ill-gotten money and benefit from its profits? Is it permissible to inherit this money?

The father must repent for taking bribes, and he must get rid of an equivalent amount. He should be advised to do so with a good approach. This bribe makes his money mixed, not entirely unlawful, so there is no harm for you in benefiting from the aforementioned shop, according to the more preponderant opinion, as long as he did not purchase it with the unlawful money itself. There is also an opinion that the unlawfulness of ill-gotten wealth is restricted to the one who acquired it.
