Is it permissible for female teachers to use the school's electricity for personal purposes, and are they absolved of sin by paying symbolic amounts for that, knowing that the state covers the electricity bills?

An employee is entrusted with the work tools under their hand. Upholding trust is a characteristic of faith, and betraying it is a characteristic of hypocrisy, as stated in the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah (definition) of the Prophet. Using electricity in the school to charge a mobile phone is permissible if it is minimal, but it is not permissible to use appliances that consume a large amount of electricity, such as a "hair dryer," because it is an encroachment on public property. Whoever does so must repent to Allah and pay for what they have used.
