The answer

An employee is entrusted with the work tools under their hand. Upholding trust is a characteristic of faith, and betraying it is a characteristic of hypocrisy, as stated in the Holy Qur’an and the of the Prophet. Using electricity in the school to charge a mobile phone is permissible if it is minimal, but it is not permissible to use appliances that consume a large amount of electricity, such as a "hair dryer," because it is an encroachment on public property. Whoever does so must repent to Allah and pay for what they have used.
