Is it permissible for a female doctor to use the hospital's electricity to power her personal computer, benefit from the hospital's medical equipment for her own use, and treat sanitation workers for free without explicit permission?

It is not permissible for an employee to use the ministry's electricity or tools for personal purposes unless there is explicit or customary permission from the employer. Similarly, it is not permissible to treat some employees at the workplace without charge and without the permission of the authority, because the employee is entrusted with what is under his hand, and his action without permission is considered a betrayal, as Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, do not betray Allah and the Messenger or betray your trusts while you know [the consequence]."
