Is there wisdom behind the congruence of verses 173 of Surat Al-Baqarah and 115 of Surat An-Nahl in prohibiting carrion, blood, pork, and that which has been offered to other than Allah, while lifting the sin from one who is compelled, neither desiring it nor transgressing?

The repetition of rulings and stories in the Holy Qur’an has many wisdoms and advantages, and there is nothing in it that can be dispensed with. The prohibition of carrion, blood, pork, and that which has been dedicated to other than Allah has been mentioned in four chapters of the Holy Qur’an (Al-Baqarah, Al-Ma’idah, Al-An’am, Al-Nahl) to emphasize their prohibition and to firmly establish it in the Muslim’s soul, and to warn of their harm, and that it is not permissible to consume them except in cases of necessity. These four prohibitions are forbidden in all divine laws due to their impurity. The wordings of these verses are not completely identical.
