The gist of the : No creature can challenge Allah the Almighty. Rather, Satan went astray because Allah opened the door of choice in matters of worship. As for Satan's long life, it is a grant from Allah which He answered for him, and he does not possess absolute powers or freedoms, as evidenced by his inability to mislead those who rely on Allah and to dominate them.
