Is lending clothes or shoes to someone who may go to a forbidden place or meet a girl considered aiding in sin and transgression?

The default ruling for lending is permissibility and desirability for the lender, unless one is certain or has strong suspicion that the borrower will use the item for a sinful act. In such a case, lending is not permissible, due to the Almighty’s saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." It is forbidden to lend any item for an unlawful benefit, such as lending a house to be used for sin, or a weapon for mischief, or utensils for consuming forbidden things, or animals for harming a respected person, or a male or female slave for unlawful singing and the like, because all of that is aiding in sin. As for mere doubt, it does not necessitate the prohibition of lending. Therefore, as long as it is not known or strongly suspected that the borrower will use clothes and shoes for a sinful act, lending is not forbidden.
