The excess balance is money that must be returned to its owners if they are known. If they cannot be identified, it should be given as charity with the intention of its owners. If it is impossible to return the money to its unknown or unreachable rightful owner, the right to it lapses, and it should be spent for the benefit of its owners. Based on this, if it is impossible to identify the owners of this balance, there is no impediment to spending your share of it on someone who needs financial support for marriage.
