Is the Hadith: "Water with food: its beginning is sickness, its middle is a cure, and its end is healing" authentic or close to it?

There is no hadith with this exact wording or meaning. However, a weak hadith has been narrated from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever drinks water on an empty stomach, his strength will diminish." Also, the hadith "No human ever filled a vessel worse than his stomach..." has been narrated. Drinking water before or after food has no specific prohibition in Islamic law. However, it is disliked to drink water after exercise, exhaustion, intercourse, eating food (both before and after), eating fruit, after bathing, and upon waking up from sleep.
