We have no knowledge regarding the interpretation of dreams. If the person you saw does not match the descriptions of Jesus (peace be upon him) as stated in the , then it is not him. Scholars have mentioned that Satan cannot impersonate prophets or angels. Seeing Jesus (peace be upon him) in a dream indicates goodness, blessings, and asceticism. It may also indicate something else, as happened to Judge Al-Awrīs, who dreamt that Jesus (peace be upon him) was asking him about crucifixion. The dream was interpreted to mean that the judge himself would be crucified due to his betrayal.
