Should pork and carrion be vomited, by analogy with the the necessity of vomiting wine?

There is no difference between alcohol and other forbidden things, such as pork and carrion, regarding the ruling on vomiting them after consumption. Scholars have differed on the obligation of vomiting: some have ruled it obligatory, citing Al-Shafi'i's view that it is obligatory for someone who was forced to consume something forbidden, and this is what most of his companions deemed correct. Others have held that it is recommended, but not obligatory. There is no difference in this regard between one who is excused and one who is not. Vomiting is obligatory as long as one is certain or believes that the impurity remains in their stomach. However, if it has transformed into excrement, it takes on its ruling.
