Will the listener be rewarded for listening to the tapes of scholars and Hadith narrators?

Seeking knowledge is one of the best deeds. Recorded lessons are among the most important means of acquiring it, and they have many benefits, including: training the student to listen attentively, the possibility of reviewing the scholar's words and noting down benefits, shortening distances for students, and the ability to carry lessons with one and utilize time. However, these means do not suffice in place of attending knowledge gatherings and receiving directly from scholars. We hope that Allah grants reward to those who listen to these lessons.
