Does the paternal nephew inherit if he is the sole heir?

If the deceased left no heir except for his paternal nephew, then all the money goes to him by ta‘sib (agnatic inheritance). It must be noted that matters of inheritance are serious and complex, and it is not sufficient to rely on a mere fatwa. Rather, they must be presented before Sharia courts or discussed directly with scholars, as there might be another heir, wills, or debts that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
