Is it forbidden to work with un-Islamic laws that regulate people's affairs, such as those related to employee matters and administrative decisions, as well as working as a judge in the Bureau of Grievances (Diwan al-Madhalim) or the administrative judiciary? Is it forbidden to work in the Public Prosecution in light of man-made laws, knowing that the public prosecutor does not judge but investigates? Is it forbidden for the legislative authority to enact any laws to regulate daily problems?

It is permissible to act according to laws that preserve rights, secure people's interests, organize their affairs, and regulate them in a manner intended by the Shari'ah, because they do not contradict it. However, it is forbidden to act according to man-made laws that contradict the Shari'ah. As for working in the Public Prosecution and judiciary under man-made laws, we have previously explained its ruling.
