Is the inability to weep when reciting the Qur’an, performing Salah, or listening to religious lessons considered hardness of heart?

It is recommended to supplicate for the renewal of faith, and to stay away from forbidden things, as they are the foundation of a sound and soft heart. Also, to reflect on the Quran and act upon its rulings, to remember Allah, to perform night prayers (Qiyam al-Layl), to fast during the day, to humbly beseech Allah in the pre-dawn hours, and to associate with the righteous.
