Should I tell my fiancée that I still smoke shisha, after having told her that Allah has cured me of smoking, or should I conceal what Allah has concealed for me?

You must repent to Allah and abandon smoking of all kinds. If you repent, conceal your past and do not disclose what happened. However, if you do not repent from smoking shisha, then perhaps it is best to inform the fiancée about it.
