Is monetary expiation permissible for making up a Ramadan fast day on which a young man broke his fast by masturbating, given his inability to fast or to feed the poor, and what is its value in Egyptian currency?

You must repent to Allah and make up for this day during vacation days or other days. Feeding the poor or financial expiation is not sufficient as long as you are able to make up the day. You are not required to inform anyone of what happened; rather, you can show that you are fasting. Expiation is not obligatory upon you except for breaking the fast by sexual intercourse.
