Is it permissible not to belong to one's homeland (Egypt) and to prefer belonging to the Gulf states as a result of being influenced by some young people from the Gulf?

A Muslim is obligated to love all Muslims and all Islamic lands and to defend them. Their allegiance must be to Islam wherever it may be, for no one has superiority except through Islam, as Allah the Almighty says: "Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you." Allah has removed the arrogance of the pre-Islamic era (Jahiliyyah) and its boasting about ancestors. All people are children of Adam, and Adam was created from dust. Islam does not reject allegiance to a country or tribe for the purpose of identification, not boastfulness, as Allah the Almighty says: "O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another." The criterion for choosing companionship is righteousness and goodness, not the country. Therefore, loving people for their virtuous qualities is correct, but allegiance always remains for those who possess those qualities, not for a specific country.
