Is the falling out of half a tooth and the growth of bone in its place, after being afflicted by eaten and drunk (black) magic, considered a miracle?

Praise be to Allah for your recovery. You must praise Him and thank Him and ask Him for more of His blessings. What happened to you could be a karama (a miraculous favor from Allah), and the greatest karama is steadfastness in obedience to Allah the Almighty. This is the difference between karama and istidraj (a gradual leading to destruction). Extraordinary events occur for the allies of Allah as karama and for the allies of Satan as istidraj. The difference between them lies in faith, piety, and steadfastness in obedience to Allah, as He the Almighty said: "Unquestionably, [for] the allies of Allah there will be no fear concerning them, nor will they grieve. Those who believed and were fearing of Allah For them are good tidings in the worldly life and in the Hereafter." (Yunus: 62-64).
