Is it necessary to remove dust from the feet for ablution and prayer to be valid?

There are two cases for the presence of dust on the foot during ablution:

- If the dust prevents water from reaching the skin, like mud, then it must be removed.

- If it is light dust that does not prevent water from reaching the skin, then the ablution is valid despite its presence.

And if dust adheres to the foot after ablution, it does not affect its validity.
