Should a teacher continue to spread knowledge and good among his colleagues despite their feelings of jealousy and their lack of responsiveness to him after he received a certificate of appreciation, and what actions can he take to gain their responsiveness?

We advise you to persevere in spreading beneficial knowledge and offering sincere advice to people, due to the virtue of disseminating knowledge and benefiting humanity. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah, His angels, the inhabitants of the heavens and the earths – even the ant in its hole and the fish in the sea – send blessings upon the one who teaches people good," and "The most beloved of people to Allah are those most beneficial to people." For your work to be accepted and beneficial, purify your intention for Allah and seek His countenance, seek out sound knowledge, and use wisdom and gentleness in conveying it to people. Do not be bothered by their lack of response, for their guidance is with Allah. Allah Almighty says: "But if they turn away, We have not sent you over them as a guardian; your duty is only to convey."
