What is the ruling on one from whom semen was discharged while awake, as he was looking at some pornographic images during Ramadan, given his inability to fast?

Whoever saw forbidden images and caused ejaculation by repeatedly looking at them must repent to Allah with sincere repentance and cease these actions.

He must also make up for that day which he invalidated, because he caused semen to be emitted by his own action. The correct view is that expiation is only required for intercourse.

If he is unable to make up for it, then if his inability is temporary, he must wait until he is able to fast. If it is permanent, he must feed one poor person for each day.

However, if ejaculation occurred while he was fasting due to an excuse, he must repent and make up for the day if his excuse is removed; otherwise, he must feed the poor.
