What is the ruling on masturbating without ejaculation during the daytime in Ramadan? Is it obligatory to make up the days on which this was done, given that salah was not performed? And what is incumbent upon one who ejaculated as a result of masturbation during the daytime in Ramadan after watching pornographic images without a prior intention to ejaculate?

We congratulate you on your repentance, for Allah accepts repentance and rejoices in it, and His mercy is vast. For, "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.'" and "And it is He who accepts repentance from His servants and pardons sins, and He knows what you do."

Masturbation is forbidden. If it results in the emission of semen during the daytime in Ramadan, the fast is invalidated and must be made up without expiation, according to the majority of scholars. If it does not result in emission, the fast is valid despite the sinfulness.

As for one who intentionally abandons prayer: if they deny its obligation, they are an unbeliever by consensus, and are not required to make up prayers or fasts. If they abandon it out of laziness while acknowledging its obligation, then if their disbelief is affirmed, there is no make-up for them. If their disbelief is not affirmed, then you are obligated to make them up. If you can ascertain the number of missed prayers and the days when the fast was invalidated, the matter is clear. If you cannot ascertain them, then continue making them up until you are reasonably certain that your obligation has been fulfilled.

Viewing obscene images is forbidden. Lying on the stomach and similar actions that lead to the intentional emission of semen during the daytime in Ramadan are forbidden and only require making up the fast, according to the majority of scholars.
