Is a man's saying to his wife: "Get out, go outside," considered among the allusive phrases that cause divorce, if he did not intend divorce by it, but rather her leaving the room to avoid further anger?

Divorce occurs through explicit pronouncements or through allusive words accompanied by intention. It does not occur through allusive words without intention. Therefore, if you did not intend divorce by telling your wife, "Get out," then nothing has occurred. You must turn away from obsessive doubts and seek Allah's help.
