Is there any consequence if a husband tells his wife: "Go away, go away" intending for her to leave him to sleep, or if he tells her: "In the open air," or if he tells her: "If you wear this dress, you are free," intending to give her a choice or to threaten her, or if he reads a fatwa in front of her that contains the phrase: "We divorce her"?

Divorce occurs with an explicit pronouncement or with an allusive expression accompanied by intention. As for an allusive expression without intention, nothing occurs by it. Reading a divorce phrase has no relation to divorce, and even if the husband reads explicit words of divorce, nothing occurs by it. Therefore, none of what was mentioned results in a divorce, and one must beware of obsessive doubts in matters of divorce.
