What is the ruling of religious scholars on nutmeg and intoxicants?

The question is unclear. If the intention is to ask about the ruling on nutmeg, then it is forbidden because it is an intoxicant, based on the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "Every intoxicant is khamr (wine)," and "Every intoxicant is forbidden, and whatever intoxicates in large quantities is forbidden in small quantities." However, if the intention is to ask about pickles (vegetables in vinegar), there is no harm in them as long as they do not cause harm or intoxication. If the intention is to ask about المخملات (mukhmmalat - intoxicants/stupefying substances), then their ruling has already been explained.
