What is the ruling of Islamic law on making frames for photographs or drawings, knowing that some of these pictures may be indecent?

Making frames is originally permissible, but it becomes forbidden if made for something forbidden, because the means to a thing takes its ruling. So, what is made for permissible pictures is permissible, and what is made for lewd pictures and propagating falsehood is forbidden, due to His Almighty's saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
