If the wife utters words that she was forbidden from, out of forgetfulness, then no breach of oath occurs through these words. Consequently, no divorce or prohibition falls upon the wife. It is obligatory to avoid swearing by divorce and prohibition, because the lawful oath is swearing by Allah Almighty.
