If the deceased has no heirs other than those mentioned, then after the payment of debts and bequests, the inheritance is divided as follows: the mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of siblings, and the father receives the remainder by ta'sib (residuary heirship), and the father excludes full siblings. Thus, the inheritance is divided into six shares: the father receives five shares, and the mother receives one share. If the inheritance is one hundred thousand, then the father's share is 83,333, and the mother's share is 16,667.
