The inheritance is divided into forty-eight shares: the wife receives twelve shares, the mother eight shares, the brother from the mother's side eight shares, the full brother ten shares, and each full sister five shares. The brother from the father's side is completely excluded due to the presence of a full brother. It is advisable to refer inheritance matters to the courts for verification and to ensure the rights of all heirs and other rightful claimants.
