How is the inheritance of a deceased sister divided, who left no husband or children, and left a sum of $16,000, and has five full sisters, one half-sister and one half-brother from the mother's side, and seven half-brothers and four half-sisters from the father's side?

If a woman dies and leaves behind five full sisters, seven paternal brothers, four paternal sisters, one maternal sister, and one maternal brother, and no other heirs: The full sisters receive two-thirds (20 shares), with four shares for each. The maternal brother and the maternal sister share the remaining one-third (10 shares) equally, with five shares for each. The paternal brothers and sisters receive nothing, as they are asabah (residuaries) and there is nothing left for them.

The inheritance is divided into thirty shares. It is advisable to refer to the Sharia courts.
