How is the inheritance of a deceased woman divided, having left behind: a husband, a mother, seven full brothers, and one full sister?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, then the mother receives one-sixth, based on the Almighty's saying: {But if he has brothers [or sisters], the mother will have one-sixth}. The husband receives half, based on the Almighty's saying: {And for you is half of what your wives leave if they have no child}. The remainder is divided among the full brothers and full sister, with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the Almighty's saying: {And if there are brothers and sisters, male and female, then the male will have the share of two females}.

Thus, the estate is divided into 90 shares: the mother receives 15 shares, the husband receives 45 shares, each full brother receives 4 shares, and the full sister receives 2 shares.

The matter of inheritances must be brought before the Sharia courts for investigation and to ensure there are no other heirs, wills, or debts that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
