How is the inheritance divided among the father, mother, husband, daughter, nine full brothers, and one full sister?

If the deceased woman leaves behind only a mother, a father, a husband, a daughter, and full brothers and sisters, then the inheritance is distributed as follows: The mother receives one-sixth, the father receives one-sixth, the husband receives one-fourth, and the daughter receives one-half. The full brothers and sisters do not inherit anything because they are excluded by the father. The issue is an 'Awlah (a case where the sum of the shares exceeds the total inheritance), so the inheritance is divided into thirteen shares. It is advisable to present the matter to the Sharia courts to verify the existence of other heirs, wills, or debts.
