It is permissible for a body and capital, or capital and two bodies, or the reverse, to participate, and the profit is according to the agreement. The loss is borne by the capital owner for their money, and by the body owner for the waste of their effort and toil. It is not permissible for one of the partners to be a guarantor. If the partnership becomes void, all profit belongs to the capital owner, and the others receive a fair wage.
