Is Hajj valid with money deducted from all company employees, including Muslims and Christians?

If the deduction of money from employees' salaries is for voluntary cooperation, then there is no harm to the company in that, nor to the one who wins the lottery to go to Hajj, even if the contributor is a disbeliever. However, if the deduction is obligatory, then it is not permissible for the company to do it, nor is it permissible to participate in it, nor to perform Hajj with this money, because Islamic law has forbidden taking others' money without right, whether the person is a Muslim or a disbeliever.
