Does seeing a deceased brother in a dream, while he says he is not dead, mean that he is not truly dead?

Death is an established legal truth, and Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, you are to die, and indeed, they are to die." As for what a person sees in a dream, if it pleases him, let him speak of it to someone he trusts. If it does not please him, let him seek refuge with Allah from Satan and spit lightly to his left three times, for legal rulings are not built upon dreams.
