Are we sinful for refusing to accept copies of the Qur’an donated by people to the mosque we built at our own expense, on the grounds that the mosque's library is full, while directing them to other mosques?

When a mosque is built, it is not owned by anyone, and no one should be prevented from doing good deeds within it. If the mosque has sufficient books and copies of the Quran, donors can be directed to other beneficial causes to uplift their spirits. However, refusing to accept copies of the Quran and referring them to other mosques that already have sufficient quantities is not correct, unless they are directed to a specific mosque that is in greater need.
