What is the validity of the statement of one who claims that Gog and Magog have already emerged?

Gog and Magog are a Qur'anic and prophetic truth. They were imprisoned behind the barrier built by Dhu al-Qarnayn. Their emergence will be at the end of time, as one of the major signs of the Hour, and after the descent of Jesus son of Mary, peace be upon him, and his killing of the Dajjal (Antichrist). The Holy Qur'an and the Prophetic Sunnah indicate that their emergence signifies the drawing near of the True Promise (the Day of Judgment), and they will wreak havoc on earth, drink the Sea of Galilee dry, and Allah will destroy them through the supplication of Jesus, peace be upon him. Therefore, it is not permissible to claim that they emerged previously, or that they represent current civilizations, as this contradicts explicit texts. The inability to discover the location of the barrier does not invalidate their existence, for human knowledge is limited, and the barrier's location may be hidden by the power of Allah.
