What is the ruling on responding to emails that contain innovations (bid'ah), such as the alleged will of the Custodian of the Key to the Kaaba, Malik, which asks one to send it to a certain number of people in order to achieve worldly benefits?

This innovation (bid'ah) is ancient, and scholars have responded to it. The summary of the response is that there is no owner of the Kaaba's key; rather, its key is with the government responsible for the care of the Sacred Mosque. Dreams do not entail any Sharia (definition) ruling or worldly action, nor do they bring benefit or harm. This paper is a misguided innovation (bid'ah dalalah) and it is not permissible to disseminate it. Whoever does so will bear a share of sin. This paper contains delusions and absurdities, and it is most likely the work of the enemies of Islam.
