How is the inheritance distributed among: a wife, 3 full sisters, 3 full brothers, 3 paternal half-sisters, and 4 paternal half-brothers?

If the deceased leaves behind only his wife, three full brothers, and three full sisters, then his wife receives one-fourth as a prescribed share due to the absence of a lineal descendant, based on the Almighty’s saying: {And for them is one-fourth of what you leave if you have no child}. The remainder goes to the full brothers and full sisters by way of ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the Almighty’s saying: {And if there are brothers and sisters, then the male will have the share of two females}. The half-brothers and half-sisters from the father’s side inherit nothing, as they are excluded by the full siblings.

The inheritance is divided into twelve shares: Wife: 3 shares (one-fourth). Each full brother: two shares. Each full sister: one share.
