Is the clause that imposes a financial penalty of five thousand Riyals on anyone who attends the wedding of a person who chose to marry individually outside the framework of group marriage considered Islamically valid or not?

Mass weddings are a righteous and legitimate act. It is not permissible to punish someone who marries individually, and whoever is invited to his walima (wedding feast) must attend, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "If one of you is invited to a walima, he should attend it." The invitation must be answered by whoever is specifically invited. Fines imposed on the attendees or the groom are against Islamic law, for conditions that contradict the Book of Allah are invalid. The function of agreements is to facilitate, not to complicate or punish.
