Is it permissible to film and publish a video clip showing the poor conditions of a school or a teacher's violence towards a student, in the event that government authorities do not respond to a written complaint, provided that incitement is avoided and only a description is given, such as: "The King has not fallen short with his people, and his goodness reaches everyone, but such and such school has this and that"?
